Nucore Group announces successful ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

Oteac Ltd and HVAC & R succeeded in their individual renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. Both businesses underwent a thorough and detailed audit, completed by Lloyd’s Register Group Ltd, in accordance with the internationally recognised standard ISO 9001: 2015 and approval was successfulyl secured for the next 2 years. The re-certification audit (Oteac Ltd has been ISO 9001 certified since 2003 and HVAC & R since 2011) ensures that the companies’ processes are performed in accordance with the internationally recognised standard.

Within the Nucore Group the quality management system (QMS) is integral to the company’s ethos and a fundamental across all elements of the business.

The successful renewal of both Oteac Ltd and HVAC & Refrigeration Engineering ISO 9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates the group’s commitment to the supply of quality products and services and the outstanding support provided to customers. Having an established QMS enables Nucore Group to demonstrate how it consistently delivers excellent customer service, and that through the application of its a quality management system enables them to continually improve its internal processes to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
